Just when I thought I'd seen everything in a horror film...
Def not for the faint of heart. I watched the movie "Human Centipede" on Netflix yesterday not expecting it to be good, but it turned out to be one of the better horror movies I have seen. I am a huge fan of horror movies and I found this movie was original and unique. The movie is about a German doctor who kidnaps tourists and conducts experiments. I wont give it away, but if you love gorey horror movies you will love this!

DIY* Abstract Painting for your Home!
I found technique to make a stunning piece of art for your home that takes less than an hour and anyone can do!
Here are some other ones I did using this technique:
This splatter technique is Jackson Pollock inspired and incredibly easy. All you need is canvas (bigger the better), acrylic paint for background, a very large wide paintbrush and acrylic latex house paint. I just used leftover light green paint I had used to paint my bathroom. This type of paint works best for the splatter technique because of its thick texture.
First Step: Paint background with artist acrylic paint, I think a gradiant background with two colors looks good but I urge you to go with your own artistic vision. Paint the edges as well so you wont have to frame it. Leave 10-15 min to dry.
Second Step: When background has dried, dip large paintbrush in latex paint. Make sure there is a lot of paint on the brush so that it is dripping. Also make sure your canvas has newspaper underneath so you wont get paint on the floor. Move the brush in an up and down diagonal motion a few feet above the canvas for the affect in above pic. Leave painting flat while the latex paint dries (approx a day).
Third Step(optional): Spray varnish for shine.

So Fun!! Artsy Nails
Check these nails! When I came across this picture on the internet, I thought they were so pretty and probably not that hard to do on your own considering you can get nailpolishes as sticks now. The bright pop of pink lipstick compliments the nail color scheme amazingly! I wonder how other complimentary colors would look?
This color wheel provides quite a few possibilities
Welcome :)
